industriales en el Baj\u00edo<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La demanda neta de espacios industriales en Quer\u00e9taro se mantuvo por debajo del nivel promedio de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, propiciado principalmente por la incertidumbre que gener\u00f3 la entrada del nuevo gobierno federal, as\u00ed como la negociaci\u00f3n del T.MEC.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con un reporte de la consultora Cushman &amp; Wakefield, durante 2019, varias empresas prolongaron sus procesos para analizar sus posibilidades de instalarse en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, se observ\u00f3 una gran inversi\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n de bodegas y parques industriales en la regi\u00f3n del Baj\u00edo, \u00abaumentando la oferta de espacios para atender la demanda que se espera surja con la estabilizaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica resultado de la firma del T-MEC\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Al cuarto trimestre de 2020, la absorci\u00f3n de espacios industriales por arrendamiento fue de 14,557 metros cuadrados, la m\u00e1s baja en comparaci\u00f3n con los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os para Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p>\n<p>En ese a\u00f1o, las principales inversiones extranjeras que llegaron a la ciudad provinieron principalmente de Estados Unidos, Alemania, Francia, Corea y Canad\u00e1.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A pesar de la cautela, se observ\u00f3 una gran
