Este resultado represent\u00f3 <strong>una ca\u00edda de 22.3%<\/strong> en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo, pero de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos de <strong>Realty World<\/strong>, si el resultado se compara con el primer a\u00f1o de la administraci\u00f3n anterior, la ca\u00edda se ubica en 37 por ciento. Y es que, en 2013, la venta de vivienda nueva lleg\u00f3 a 431,018 unidades.<\/p>\n<h3>Venta de vivienda nueva a la baja<\/h3>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los datos proporcionados en el <strong>Monitor Inmobiliario<\/strong> de diciembre, de las 32 entidades, solo Baja California, Baja California Sur, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y San Luis Potos\u00ed registraron n\u00fameros positivos. El resto de las entidades presentaron ca\u00eddas que van de 2.4 a 58.2 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>En esa l\u00f3gica, <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, entidad l\u00edder en la venta de vivienda, registr\u00f3 una baja de 23.8 por ciento. Con esto, el n\u00famero de unidades comercializadas pas\u00f3 de 49,981 a 38,072.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLas entidades federativas que tuvieron una variaci\u00f3n porcentual negativa fueron los estados de Oaxaca, Chiapas, Tabasco y Guerrero\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jalisco<\/strong> y <strong>Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> se colocaron entre las tres entidades con las mayores ventas. Sin embargo, ambos registraron n\u00fameros a la baja.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de Jalisco, le venta de vivienda nueva lleg\u00f3 con una <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2019\/12\/19\/vivienda-nueva-mexico-septiembre-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ca\u00edda<\/a> de 32%, al pasar de 34,817 viviendas vendidas en 2018, a 23,671 en 2019.
