pesar de que en diciembre las ventas de Walmart M\u00e9xico no fueron las esperadas por la cadena de supermercados m\u00e1s grande de Am\u00e9rica Latina, en 2019 el grupo concret\u00f3 su mayor expansi\u00f3n de tiendas en los \u00faltimos seis a\u00f1os, con la apertura de 134 nuevas unidades en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>En un reporte enviado por la firma a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV), Walmart logra as\u00ed afianzar su presencia en casi 5% de uno de sus mercados en el extranjero m\u00e1s importantes.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, la firma opera 3,407 tiendas en Am\u00e9rica Latina, en su mayor\u00eda del formato Bodega Aurrera y Bodega Express, \u00e9sta por ser m\u00e1s barata y r\u00e1pida de construir, detallan en su reporte mensual.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con dicha informaci\u00f3n, las aperturas del a\u00f1o pasado fueron las m\u00e1s altas desde 2013 en M\u00e9xico, mientras que en Centroam\u00e9rica, donde la d\u00e9bil econom\u00eda regional ha frenado los
