{"id":101,"date":"2013-10-23T14:20:02","date_gmt":"2013-10-23T14:20:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=101"},"modified":"2014-03-21T17:21:04","modified_gmt":"2014-03-21T23:21:04","slug":"arrancara-shf-programa-de-rentas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/arrancara-shf-programa-de-rentas\/","title":{"rendered":"Arrancar\u00e1 SHF programa de rentas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El objetivo es prestar atenci\u00f3n al sector no afiliado y dar una opci\u00f3n de vivienda a m\u00e1s de 6.5 millones de trabajadores<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF) espera acelerar el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o la atenci\u00f3n del segmento que representan los 6.5 millones de trabajadores no afiliados al Instituto del Fondo Nacional de Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit) y Fondo de la Vivienda del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales (Fovissste), por lo que arrancar\u00e1 un programa de rentas dirigido a ellos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El programa de rentas al mercado abierto, contempla una alianza directa entre el organismo, instituciones financieras y desarrolladores de vivienda, para generar una oferta de vivienda en arrendamiento disponible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El esquema estar\u00e1 dedicado a Repecos, comisionistas y empleados por honorarios con un ingreso mensual medio superior a 10,000 pesos y, se crear\u00e1n desarrollos en grandes ciudades y en destinos tur\u00edsticos donde la movilidad laboral es muy alta; adelant\u00f3 el director general de la SHF, Jes\u00fas Alberto Cano V\u00e9lez.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Donde hay trabajo o polos de desarrollo claramente definidos; la Riviera maya, el crecimiento explosivo que est\u00e1 teniendo o el centro del pa\u00eds, los polos de desarrollo que se est\u00e1n impulsando y hacen que la gente se mueva, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, hay dos desarrolladores listos para recibir un cr\u00e9dito sindicado en la ciudad de M\u00e9xico para la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda en renta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario explic\u00f3 que al desarrollador se le dar\u00e1 un cr\u00e9dito puente a la construcci\u00f3n por dos o tres a\u00f1os para iniciar la obra y una vez concluido este cr\u00e9dito, se convertir\u00e1 en hipotecario, el cual ser\u00e1 pagado en un periodo de 15 a 20 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que dentro del segmento no afiliado, hasta el momento han dado cr\u00e9dito hipotecario para la compra de vivienda a 1,000 polic\u00edas y 500 empleados de gobiernos locales y buscar\u00e1n en lo que resta del a\u00f1o cumplir la meta de 15,000 financiamientos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La instituci\u00f3n espera duplicar en 2014 la bolsa de 15,000 cr\u00e9ditos e inversi\u00f3n crediticia por 2,000 millones de pesos para el programa de empleados estatales y municipales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cano explic\u00f3 que para lograr esto, adem\u00e1s de aliarse con m\u00e1s instituciones financieras, esperan replicar a nivel nacional el esquema de garant\u00eda compartida entre SHF y constructores para continuar atendiendo al mercado no afiliado;
