{"id":100995,"date":"2020-01-02T09:46:00","date_gmt":"2020-01-02T15:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=100995"},"modified":"2020-01-02T10:46:24","modified_gmt":"2020-01-02T16:46:24","slug":"que-viene-para-el-sector-inmobiliario-en-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/que-viene-para-el-sector-inmobiliario-en-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 viene para el sector inmobiliario en 2020?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Usos mixtos y desarrollos sustentables ser\u00e1n punta de lanza para este a\u00f1o<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de que 2019 fue un a\u00f1o muy complejo para el sector inmobiliario en M\u00e9xico, motivado en buena parte por el cambio de gobierno y la volatilidad en el mercado, tambi\u00e9n es cierto que el sector no ha dejado de crecer y mantener su atractivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prueba de ello es que en la actualidad se ha registrado un repunte muy importante de compra venta de propiedades en zonas tur\u00edsticas, sobre todo en ciudades como M\u00e9rida, la Riviera Maya, Riviera Nayarit y Baja California. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con Sol Coatl D\u00edas L\u00ednez, director comercial de Rosavento, dichas ciudades, adem\u00e1s de Guadalajara y Quer\u00e9taro, empiezan a tener un mayor desarrollo inmobiliario enfocados al perfil medio y de inter\u00e9s social y vertical, que antes no era tan com\u00fan en esas regiones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn el caso de M\u00e9rida, por ejemplo, la ciudad vive un crecimiento importante en desarrollos (&#8230;) M\u00e9rida y en general el estado de Yucat\u00e1n, se est\u00e1n consolidando como un verdadero im\u00e1n de inversiones nacionales e internacionales\u00bb, agreg\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Camino sustentable <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los nuevos complejos ya se est\u00e1n sumando a la tendencia de sustentabilidad, con sistemas de recolecci\u00f3n de agua, p\u00e1neles solares, construcciones inteligentes, certificaciones verdes, entre otros elementos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta tendencia ha ido en aumento, a\u00fan cuando no hay una legislaci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico que obligue o exija este tipo de desarrollos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El directivo comenta que hace algunos a\u00f1os era extra\u00f1o conocer un complejo que tuviera certificaci\u00f3n LEED (Leadership in Energy &amp; Environmental Design) y en la actualidad hay un porcentaje m\u00e1s grande de este tipo de proyectos que cumplen con las normas medioambientales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Usos mixtos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra tendencia fuerte corresponde a los desarrollos mixtos. Cada vez m\u00e1s la gente quiere evitar tener que pasar muchas horas en el tr\u00e1fico, por lo que buscan espacios con amenidades, espacios residenciales, oficinas e incluso \u00e1reas comerciales, que mejoren sus actividades cotidianas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, el directivo coment\u00f3 que este 2020 ser\u00e1 un a\u00f1o muy importante para el sector inmobiliario en M\u00e9xico, ya que es un mercado esencial en el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds y las se\u00f1ales apuntan hacia el crecimiento. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Usos mixtos y desarrollos
