{"id":100603,"date":"2019-12-20T09:19:51","date_gmt":"2019-12-20T15:19:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=100603"},"modified":"2019-12-20T09:19:57","modified_gmt":"2019-12-20T15:19:57","slug":"unesco-acompanara-al-proyecto-del-tren-maya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/unesco-acompanara-al-proyecto-del-tren-maya\/","title":{"rendered":"Unesco acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 al proyecto del Tren Maya"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>La Unesco respalda al Tren Maya, el proyecto que atravesar\u00e1 seis sitios inscritos y protegidos ante el organismo como patrimonio mundial<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fin de brindar acompa\u00f1amiento integral al <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2019\/12\/17\/tren-maya-cuenta-con-estudio-sobre-ingenieria-basica-fonatur\/\">Proyecto de Desarrollo<\/a> del Tren Maya<\/strong>, el <strong>Fondo Nacional de Fomento al Turismo (Fonatur)<\/strong> y la <strong>Oficina en M\u00e9xico de la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Educaci\u00f3n, la Ciencia y la Cultura (Unesco)<\/strong>, firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"745\" height=\"452\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Convenio-unesco-fonatur.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-100604\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Convenio-unesco-fonatur.jpg 745w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Convenio-unesco-fonatur-300x182.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 745px) 100vw, 745px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Este instrumento,\nadem\u00e1s de dar posibilidad a la instancia internacional de dar seguimiento\ncontinuo al proyecto, da cuenta de que se garantiza la preservaci\u00f3n de los seis\nsitios declarados <strong>Patrimonio Mundial<\/strong>,\ny que se ven implicados en la construcci\u00f3n del <strong>Tren Maya<\/strong>: la <strong>Ciudad\nPrehisp\u00e1nica y parque nacional de Palenque<\/strong>; la <strong>Ciudad Hist\u00f3rica fortificada de Campeche<\/strong>; <strong>Ciudad prehisp\u00e1nica de Chichen Itz\u2019a<\/strong>; <strong>Ciudad prehisp\u00e1nica de Uxmal <\/strong>y los sitios de <strong>Patrimonio mixto de Sian Ka\u2019an<\/strong>; los <strong>Bosques Tropicales<\/strong> y la antigua <strong>Ciudad Maya de Calakmul<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2019\/12\/18\/tras-aprobacion-del-tren-maya-lanzaran-licitaciones-en-enero\/\">Fonatur<\/a><\/strong> inform\u00f3 que la firma de este convenio se gestion\u00f3 por el <strong>representante en M\u00e9xico de la Unesco, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Vacheron<\/strong>, y el <strong>director general<\/strong> de la dependencia p\u00fablica, <strong>Rogelio Jim\u00e9nez Pons<\/strong>. En el hecho tambi\u00e9n estuvo <strong>presente Martha Delgado, subsecretaria para Asuntos Multilaterales y Derechos Humanos de la Secretar\u00eda de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, <strong>Rogelio Pons<\/strong> expres\u00f3 que el acompa\u00f1amiento de la <strong>ONU<\/strong> es fundamental para la gesti\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n del <strong>Tren Maya<\/strong>, puesto que la zona considerada tiene una \u201cimportancia estrat\u00e9gica\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Implicaciones del convenio para Tren Maya<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El instrumento\nque considera a la <strong>Unesco <\/strong>como parte\nde este proyecto, tiene cinco ejes a considerar por el <strong>Fonatur<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Coordinaci\u00f3n\ninterinstitucional para velar por los valores culturales y naturales de la zona\ndesde una perspectiva integral<\/li><li>Detonar\nel potencial creativo de grupos y comunidades a favor de un desarrollo\necon\u00f3mico exclusivo<\/li><li>Promover\nla interculturalidad a trav\u00e9s del reconocimiento de la diversidad cultural y\ndel patrimonio cultural inmaterial de la regi\u00f3n<\/li><li>Estrategia\nde comunicaci\u00f3n que propicie la participaci\u00f3n de la comunidad y ayude a la toma\nde decisiones informadas<\/li><li>Fortalecer\nla conservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente retomando conocimientos y tradiciones\nancestrales<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La
